Secondly, after completing the operation of the oil-free air compressor, pay attention to checking the coordination between the cutting parts and the cutting body at all levels。If the cutting part is cracked, replace it with a spare part。Check the front cover of each horizontal cylinder, check the friction of the cylinder mirror, if there are friction marks, should find out the cause。Check the friction between the cross slide and the friction surface of the fuselage guide rail。Remove connecting rod bushing and crosshead pin and check the friction on the friction surface。

2. Maintenance of the main components of oil-free air compressor:

1. When repairing and replacing the components according to the above table, it must be sure that the pressure in the oil-free air compressor system has been released, isolated from other pressure sources, the switch on the main circuit has been turned off, and the safety sign that the closing is not allowed has been made;

2. The replacement time of compressor cooling lubricating oil depends on the use environment, humidity, dust and whether there is acid and alkali gas in the air。The newly purchased oil-free silent air compressor must be replaced with new oil after 500 hours of operation for the first time, and then replaced every 4000 hours according to the normal oil change cycle, and the machine that runs less than 4000 hours a year is replaced once a year;

3. The oil filter must be replaced after 300-500 hours of operation for the first time, and after 2000 hours of use for the second time, the normal time will be replaced every 2000 hours.

4, in the repair and replacement of air filter or intake valve, remember not to let any debris fall into the compressor main room。To perform this operation, close the host portal。After the operation is finished, turn the host in the rotation direction several times by hand to confirm that there is no obstacle before starting up。

5, when the machine is running, check the tightness of the belt about every 2000 hours。If the belt is slack, the belt must be adjusted until the belt is tensioned;In order to protect the belt, it is necessary to prevent the belt from being scrapped due to oil;

6, every time the oil is replaced, the oil filter must be replaced at the same time。
